Your MLK Fitness Instructors

Erin Taylor

Erin teaches our Mat Pilates and Barre classes.  She is new to the area and has been teaching classes for 4 years.  She also teaches private and semi-private Reformer Pilates.  If you are intersted in our Reformer sessions, contact Erin at (612)695.9933

Julie Lucas

Julie teaches our strength training class, Total Body Fitness.  Julie is accredited throug ACE and loves to change up her classes weekly to ensure a well-rounded workout.  

Megan Knowles

Megan teaches Zumba®, Strong by Zumba® and Zumba® Toning.  She is also licensed to teach Zumba® Gold, Aqua Zumba® and Zumba® Kids and Kids Jr.  Megan is the owner of  MLK Fitness.  Contact her if you are interested in classes, want to host a fundraiser and/or an event.

Lindsay Schmaltz

Lindsay teaches our Pound® Fitness class.  She has been teaching classes at MLK Fitness since 2016.  Her smile is contagious and her energy is immense.  She can't wait to "Rock it Out" with you in class! 

Krissy Anderson

Krissy teaches our PiYo class at MLK Fitness  She is also a Health & Fitness coach.  She wants everyone to fall in love with PiYo like she did.     

Miranda Schwartz

Miranda is our newest instructor.  She teaches Zumba® and is looking forward to teaching classes at MLK Fitness.  Rythm and music move her and she looks forward to sharing her love of dance fitness with you.
